5 point agency LTD provides coaching services to clients.

  • By completing the contact questionnaire on the website

  • By signing the contract

  • During a coaching session 

  • When completing the coaching exercises and tools that you will be given during the coaching program

  • Through email, over the telephone or by post

  • By taking credit card and online payment

  • Basic details such as name, address, contact details 

  • Information that you will write in the shared documents

  • Bank details

  • Website user starts

We use this information in order to provide you with coaching. This means that the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for legitimate interest Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

3. How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Be able to contact you to organise the coaching sessions

  • Understand your background with coaching

  • Send you information about coaching

  • Do the exercises part of the coaching program

  • Have a contract between you and 5pointsagency LTD

We will not share this information.

You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting info@5pointsagency.co.uk

5. How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored. We keep your personal information for 5 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting the data. This enables us to process any complaint you may make. In this case the legal basis of our holding your personal data is for contract administration.

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information. 

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
